Monica Pearson is a decorated United States Air Force service-disabled veteran. She brings strategic focus, vision, and mature judgment combined with business knowledge, education, and invaluable experience acquired during her 20+ years of military service to lead the SecReliant team. As CEO, she is the driving force behind SecReliant’s growth through contract negotiations, business planning, and operations management.
She is a proud member of InfraGard, a partnership between the FBI and the private sector which is dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the United States.
As a Command Post Controller, Monica held a Top Secret clearance while performing Command and Control actions in the execution phase of Emergency War Orders. She interpreted and directed Emergency Action functions critical to national security including launching the Boeing B-52 Stratofortress, long-range, strategic bombers and Boeing’s KC-135 Stratotanker, aerial refueling tankers.
Monica also generated accolades in Accounting and Finance while she was stationed in Europe. She was responsible for the scheduling and certification of over 120,000 annual commercial vendor payments, in 13 currencies, worth over $700 million. While deployed, she served as the senior financial officer and was awarded the NATO Medal for the key role she played in supporting the financial activities of 650 personnel during Operations Deny Flight and Provide Promise, while maintaining 100% account accuracy and a $2+ million budget.
Upon return to civilian life, she earned top customer service awards for five consecutive years as a Corporate Account Manager at one of the largest hardware and software resellers in the United States. She eventually earned the Shining Star Award for the top sales percentile based on performance metrics.
Ever the overachiever, Monica earned her MBA with dual concentrations in Management and International Business from Mercy College, NY, and is a member of Delta Mu Delta, International Honor Society in Business. She graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a BS in Workforce Education and Development. Volunteering at the USO of Metropolitan NY allows Monica to show her appreciation and gratitude for the dedication and sacrifice of our troops and their families.
Born in Michigan to immigrant parents, Monica lived in Europe for 12 years while in the USAF and has traveled to 23 countries… so far.

Prior to his complete immersion in technology, Seth was a film and video producer for commercials, music videos and documentaries.

Ralph has played a pivotal role in the research and development of various key security technologies. His portfolio of work and reputation as a leading professional across several industries has landed him the credibility to make appearances on CNN, Fox News, USA Today, and Forbes, to name a few./p>
Following his work as Information Security Executive for Terremark Worldwide (acquired by Verizon in 2011) in Miami, Ralph took his talents to Hollywood, California. He actively works with award-winning Director Oliver Stone as a technical supervisor on films such as the upcoming release of “Snowden.”
Additionally, he acts Mr. Stone’s digital security. Ralph has also worked on films including the 2012 Universal Pictures release of “Savages” and from the producer of Hunger Games, “Nerve,” to be released in 2016.
Ralph has been primarily responsible for findings in numerous high profile entertainment leaks including the “Twilight: Breaking Dawn” investigation. In addition to his work with Oliver Stone, Ralph has joined forces with some of Hollywood’s most influential names to address various forms of operational security and piracy issues by working on cutting edge technology for a consumer cyber security protection program.
Although he has taken part in several behind the scenes projects, Ralph has also been a featured speaker/panelist at events such as Austin’s SXSW, LA Film Festival and Tribeca Film Festival. His jaw dropping “Hacking Hollywood” appearance has been presented at CAA, DEW Expo, Content Protection & Piracy Summit, as well as the Anti-Piracy and Content Protection Summit.
For over 20 years, Ralph has delivered training on hacking and other security information to corporations including the US Marines Corps, NASA, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, AMEX, Intel, Boeing, Symantec, and IBM. He has conducted security audits and penetration tests, while consulting for various organizations
including United Nations, as well as hospitals and financial institutions.
Jeantet Fields possesses a finely tuned blend of technical skills with a charismatic presentation method that enables him to excel in technical training and project management. He is a unique and results-driven individual who understands business needs and technology’s role in its fulfillment.
Starting as a Project Manager at the United Nations, Jeantet created the technology infrastructure for member states. He has a strong background in application integration, security, and information architecture. Additionally, he built and managed his own website/email hosting company.
Jeantet has delivered training in VMware and NetApp worldwide for over 10 years. He is also a Palo Alto Networks authorized trainer. As an adjunct Instructor at New York University, he taught courses in network and firewall administration.
As a champion of life’s big adventures, Jeantet delights in traveling and putting his pilot’s license to use. He’ll be glad to tell you all about it in French, English or Spanish.
Jeantet received a BA of Communications with concentrations in Mass Media and Production, and French from State University of New York at Geneseo. He is a member of the Phi Sigma Iota Foreign Language Honor Society.
